It has a brand new kitchen fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom on the mezzanine and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The elevator goes straight to the 6th floor, then there are 3 steps on the stairs to reach the entrance door.
Inside you will find the living room in front of you and the brand new bathroom (with a very spacious shower) to the right.
Further ahead to the right there is the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is on the mezzanine.
It is 5 minutes walking stance from the Ponte Vecchio and The uffizi gallery and from 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from all the others main monuments and museums.
Clean sheets and towels are included and they will be provided according to the number of guests.
Cleaning is entrusted to a professional company that will provide certified sanitization for each stay.

Placed in the Oltrarno neighborhood (Which means on the other side of the Arno River, the side opposite of the river to the Duomo), the boho-chic neighborhood of Santo Spirito is Florence’s most captivating quartiere and one of the last corners of the city where you can still breathe an air of ‘vecchia Firenze’. At its heart lies Piazza Santo Spirito, setting for the city’s most recognizable church facade, a small daily market and a buzzy nightlife scene; the terraces of its restaurants and bars make great spots for people watching.
