From start to finish, the team at HouseFlo for our apartment in Florence were 5*.

Comms via email and whatsapp were dealt with quickly and efficiently (Thanks Matias). The apartment was easily booked via their website (I know they also use AirBnb).The apartment was immaculate and Lorenzo who met us at arrival gave us all the info that we needed for the apartment and local area. They also provide a tailored booklet for the apartment for how to use things like the washing machine etc. All the essentials were ready in the apartment too from spotless bed sheets/towels to showergel/soap/cooking basics.

HouseFlo were our accommodation hosts in Florence. We had a self catering apartment rented via Airbnb and it was one of the nicest places we stayed in all of Italy. The location in Florence was excellent, only a few minutes from the train station. The accommodation was bright, modern and beautifully decorated with excellent facilities like full kitchen and luxurious bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. We will come back!

No need to say, Florence is a very unique corner of this planet, therefore it attracts many people who are eager to see its beauty. When the situation is like this, it may become quite challenging to find a place that is subtle and chic which suits the city’s soul. My stay with HosueFlo gave me that and allowed me to have fun, relax and dream whilst breathing in Florence.

We had a wonderful time in Florence over the Christmas holidays and the apartment was perfect. Very stylishly decorated and situated in the center of town. Walkable to everything! The host was very responsive and helped us make dinner reservations and had some great suggestions.

Matias was very helpful to me throughout my stay and was quick to respond!

Pergola Grace was perfectly clean, lovely space. In addition, at night I couldn’t hear any noise from outside.

The place is on the top floor of the building. In order to get to the top you must take stairs. However, that seems to be norm in Italy if you want to stay at a good place like Pergola Grace. 🙂

I would definitely recommend this place and come back without hesitation!
